This Green Elixir Juice combines a variety of green ingredients that are rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K, all of which contribute to a youthful appearance. Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1 Scoop of Beauty Chef Apple flavoured Greens powder
- 1 Scoop of Beauty Chef Deep Marine Collagen unflavoured
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the spinach, cucumber, and green apple into smaller pieces.
- Add all ingredients into a juicer or blender.
- If using a blender, blend until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve or drink as is!
