If for any reason you feel the need to return a purchase, we are happy to offer a product satisfaction guarantee and will refund or offer an exhange for your purchase price. You must return the brand new, unopened items, in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Glow'd is not liable for any return parcels that go missing in transit, paid tracking is at the customers expense and is recommended. No refunds will be issued until the items have been received back to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (72 business hours).
