This May Chang & Clementine dishwashing liquid is made in small batches from simple natural and organic ingredients. It’s high-impact on greasy dishes, and zero impact on the environment.
May Chang is a beautiful Australian native oil that smells like lemonade icy poles (honestly), paired with Clementine it will give your home a beautiful, fresh citrus burst.
Our rPET packaging is made up of 100% post consumer (used/exisiting) recycled content making it both recyclable and reusable!
By using PET that has already been in circulation, we can offset the amount of new PET that needs to be created. Creating a plastic bottle from 100% recycled content uses 75% less energy than its virgin counterpart. Although some energy and water is still needed to process these plastics into new forms (which is why we love reusable!), the amount is significantly less than creating first-time plastics. Over 60% of first-time PET production is used to create polyester textiles.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Brisbane warehouse within 24 hours of purchase estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days from shipped date. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day. Delivery estimates are based on the recent delivery performance of our carriers and do not take into account any service disruptions or extended travel times for remote destinations that may cause delay. If for any reason you feel the need to return a purchase, we are happy to offer a product satisfaction guarantee and will refund or offer an exhange for your purchase price. You must return the brand new, unopened items, in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Glow'd is not liable for any return parcels that go missing in transit, paid tracking is at the customers expense and is recommended. No refunds will be issued until the items have been received back to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (72 business hours).
If you need to return an item, please obtain pre-approval by contacting customer service. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that we can only process a refund if the product you purchased was direct from www.glowd.com.au. We do not process refunds for products purchased from any other vendor. If product was purchased with a discount, the exact amount paid will be refunded.
Where we are unable to supply a product you have ordered and paid for, we will automatically refund you the amount paid for the product as soon as is reasonably possible.
