Soap-free, foaming gel cleanses all skin conditions. Refreshing lather thoroughly removes impurities, without disturbing the skin’s natural moisture balance. This iconic cleanser, which contains naturally-foaming Quillaja Saponaria, gently rinses away toxins and debris to leave skin feeling smooth and clean. Lightweight and mild enough to use every day, it also features calming Balm Mint and Lavender extracts to soothe the skin.

Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day. Delivery estimates are based on the recent delivery performance of our carriers and do not take into account any service disruptions or extended travel times for remote destinations that may cause delay. If for any reason you feel the need to return a purchase, we are happy to offer a product satisfaction guarantee and will refund or offer an exhange for your purchase price. You must return the brand new, unopened items, in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Glow'd is not liable for any return parcels that go missing in transit, paid tracking is at the customers expense and is recommended. No refunds will be issued until the items have been received back to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (72 business hours).
If you need to return an item, please obtain pre-approval by contacting customer service. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that we can only process a refund if the product you purchased was direct from www.glowd.com.au. We do not process refunds for products purchased from any other vendor. If product was purchased with a discount, the exact amount paid will be refunded.
Where we are unable to supply a product you have ordered and paid for, we will automatically refund you the amount paid for the product as soon as is reasonably possible.
